Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Scarlet Besos Ltd, owner of Hatcrafters (“we”, “us”, “our”), and you (“Affiliate”, “you”) for participation in our Affiliate Programme. By joining or participating, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Hatcrafters Affiliate Programme, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and current contact/payment details
- Have an active online presence (e.g., social media, website, blog)
- Agree to promote Hatcrafters ethically and responsibly
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 5% commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate link.
Commission is calculated on the order subtotal excluding:
- Shipping fees
- Discounts and coupons
- Tax/VAT
- Returns, cancellations or refunded orders
Only completed and legitimate orders qualify.
3. Payouts
- Payouts are made monthly.
- Minimum payout threshold: £20.
- Balances under £20 roll over to the next month.
- Payout processing may take up to 10 business days.
4. Valid Sales
A sale qualifies for commission when:
- It is placed using your unique affiliate link
- It has not been cancelled, refunded or flagged as fraudulent
- The customer is genuine and not associated with your household
Self-purchases using your affiliate link do not qualify.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- PPC ads targeting Hatcrafters branded terms
- Misrepresentation of the brand or false claims
- Using unauthorised discount codes
- Cookie stuffing, spam or misleading behaviour
- Purchasing through your own affiliate link
Violation may result in removal from the programme and forfeiture of commissions.
6. Content & Brand Usage
Affiliates may use official Hatcrafters images and descriptions for promotion. However:
- You may not modify the logo or branding
- You may not publish offensive or harmful content
- We may request removal or editing of any promotional content
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse or misconduct
- Inactivity for more than 6 months
Unpaid commissions may be forfeited upon termination.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
9. Relationship of Parties
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Affiliates operate independently as promoters of Hatcrafters.
